We are currently recruiting for Customer Relationship Builders – (Khaleeji speakers –‘Gulf Dialect’) for our trusted client in the banking industry to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.
Our Client is building a state-of-the-Art bank, one that lives in your smartphone and helps you control your money. They are always available to help and ensure the customer has access to 24/7 customer support through a phone call, social media, emails, and their app. Customer Relationship Builders’ (CRBs) are the heart of everything they do and are the face of the bank.
As part of their outsourcing Call Center operations they are looking for partners who can support the vision. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, empathetic problem solvers and will strive to ensure to serve all their customers effectively and efficiently.
The appointed CRBs will be the first point of contact for any of their users who have questions, problems, feedback, and compliments.

The Customer Relationship squad must possess the ability to solve problems quickly and with positivity. All CRB’s will be provided the tools and trainings to be successful in their day to day responsibilities. The successful incumbent will be the first point of contact for all users and will be possess the ability to answer questions, solve problems, and manage feedback and/ or compliments. You will also be responsible for proactively spotting patterns of frustration for the customers and analyzing areas of improvement.
- Ability to prioritize complaints and escalate feedback accordingly
- Command the ability to assess and relay feature requests to the product team.
- Hold the capacity to be able to mentor new joiners and relay the mission of being the most loved back in the world and values of the organization effectively.
- The successful candidate will be fluent in Khaleeji Arabic & English (written & spoken)
- Candidates with experience in the Banking domain will be preferred however not required
