Airline Job Descriptions

Flight Attendant

Qualification and Experience:

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree for first officer positions. The most important qualification is having a commercial pilot license, which requires at least 200 hours of flight time and passing several exams.

Salary and Benefits:

First officers usually receive a higher salary than other officers because they have more responsibility. They may also receive benefits such as paid vacation time, health insurance, and retirement savings plans.
