We are looking for a talented and energetic growth marketing manager with hacker and performance driven mindset to join TikTok in Dubai. Along with the team, you will be supporting for generating, managing, and executing growth marketing initiatives for products with millions of user bases. Taking user growth as the objective, you will be building strategies for local growth channels, talents, delivering research insight and identifying target users by executing local strategies, and will be responsible for the data results. Working closely with the regional growth team, local operations team and local creators, you will support our approach to user growth regionally.

– Execute local strategies and programs to deliver results along with the regional growth team and by closely working with cross functional teams.
– Continuously propose and plan new local growth channels and programs for rapid experimentation.
– Provide regular market analysis/insights, product features, competitive analysis, trends analysis with solid to-do’s and recommendations and reporting for local growth initiatives.
– Manage the relationship with TikTok creators and other platform that are working closely with regional growth team to deliver results.
– Showcase ownership on localizing TikTok growth marketing communication in different regions.
– Ensure optimization of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, with the aim of acquiring new users

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
– At least 3 years of professional experience in a user growth role involving earned and owned marketing strategies, social media, SEO and content seeing, community management, influencer and affiliate marketing, content marketing ,email marketing and offline/digital marketing channels.
– Enthusiastic for driving traffic and word of mouth through the creation and launch of campaigns, emails, local partnerships or videos that catch people’s attention. Constantly looking for new, out-of-box and innovative ideas for driving performance.
– Data driven for driving strategies and approaches. Has strong accountability for results and reporting and is proactive in taking actions for optimizing delivery performance through data analysis.
– Proficiency in traditional social and digital channels like WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Google, Twitter, with in depth understanding and command of new and local channels, instant messaging platforms popular in African countries.
– Trilingual in English, at least one African language and Arabic to manage African stakeholders and driving local strategies. This resource will work with teams in Subsaharan Africa growth thus important to have local understanding.
