The Senior User Acquisition Manager will have an opportunity to be part of a team supporting mobile game growth by driving our User Acquisition, re-targeting programs and capabilities. You will carry out due diligence on current User Acquisition actions and strategies, use the latest ad tech on data-driven media buying and collaborate with many cross-functional teams across Tencent HQ to contribute to the growth of the business. You will deliver recommendations for local paid media support (local media plans, social media boost).

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with multiple internal stakeholders including Marketing, Insights, operations, and community leads to create & execute user acquisition campaigns.
  2. Deconstruct and optimize media performance within the region and product user funnels, working with key organization stakeholders
  3. Own and oversee how assets are created, deployed and optimized through media for multiple campaigns in the region
  4. Seek, test, and evaluate new content & advertising channels /partners based on competitive and market intelligence
  5. Optimize channel and campaign performance

Essential Skills & Experience

  1. 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition and media buying
  2. Proven experience in data analysis experience and tools
  3. Gaming knowledge and experience
  4. Experience creating and managing campaigns across social channels (FB, YT, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch), ad networks, programmatic media buying and DSPs in mobile gaming, tech or SaaS environment
  5. Strong communication skills, Arabic preferred or excellent fluency & written skills in English
