A cashier’s salary and benefits vary widely based on experience, company, and location. The average cashier salary for those with less than five years of experience is AED 2,000 approximately per month.

Sales Manager

The sales manager is responsible for the success of their sales team. They must have a clear understanding of the business, its products and services, and be knowledgeable about the competitive landscape. The most important aspect of the job is developing a close working relationship with their team members.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the production of new products
  • Handling of all aspects of day-to-day operations
  • Follow up on customer’s complaints and make sure they’re dealt with appropriately
  • Ensure daily operations are carried out without any interruptions
  • Prepare weekly reports and suggestions for improvement

Qualification and Experience:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and at least a year of experience supervising retail salespeople. Alternatively, you can have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management experience.

The average salary for a sales manager is AED 2500 to AED 2800 per month, depending on experience and certifications held; commissions are also an additional benefit to consider when weighing your options. Store Assistant

One of the most common jobs in the world is that of a store assistant. Store assistants are responsible for helping customers find what they need, keeping the store clean and organized, and filling orders correctly. In addition to providing customer service, store assistants must be able to multitask and handle various tasks quickly and efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides the best customer service to all customers that visit the store
  • Ensures a clean and orderly store
  • Provides product knowledge to customers
