Graduate Management Trainee (GMT):

Under ‘Graduate Management Trainee’ program, post graduates from Business management/ retail management courses are hired, provided fast track training for 6 months and upon the successful completion of their training, they are assigned the position of ‘Assistant Store Manager’

Duration of Training –

1. 6 months of extensive training on Retail operations, functions and KPIs

2. Followed by Assessment & Leading the store independently as Store Leader (Assistant Store Manager)

Absorption Role: On successful completion training period, permanent placement will be decided based on assessment of strengths and performance.

JOB PROFILE:

After the detailed Induction & Orientation process at Office, Management Trainee will be placed at one of the Lifestyle Stores within UAE for the training. The objective of the training is to introduce & induce Retail and floor operations to the Management Trainee.

Training will be split into three phases Prepare, Evolve and Launch for 6 months. During this time there will be various functional & behavioral training.

MT will be exposed to different functions/areas of operation to build their expertise and skills in the function through a live project.

From the 7th month, on successful completion of the training period, Management Trainee will be leading the store for operational understanding of the Business and Retail. As store leader, MT is expected to drive Retail KPI’s, lead the team and drive the growth mindset.

PERMANENT PLACEMENT:

There will be a final review to assess the best fit for the trainee for permanent placement. This placement will be subject to performance evaluation, strengths, and available opportunities across UAE/Qatar/Kuwait and can be selected for Store based or Office based role.
