Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Reports to the Regional Director of Projects and liaises with legal, operations and sales teams.
  • Accountable for timely review of contracts & sub-contracts in line with relevant processes.
  • Establish and maintains procedures, forms, and systems to provide for consistent and effective development and management of the contracts management and procurement services.
  • Maintain awareness and support of the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality culture of the Enterprise.
  • Responsible for the quality and availability of contracts management and procurement personnel to support different projects and Programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with established business ethics and conduct principles related to contracts management and procurement.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, Senior Management, Legal Counsel and project team members.
  • Support timely and accurate dispute resolution when required.

Here’s What You’ll Need


  • Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other applicable field, with specialized experience in contract management preferred.


  • Minimum of 15 years of contracts management and procurement experience.
  • In depth knowledge of legal, procurement, and contract documents.
  • At least 5 years experience in senior contracts / procurement positions.
  • Significant experience in development, tendering, and negotiation of major contracts.
  • Highly proficient in the full service procurement functions.
  • Highly proficient in international projects, with substantial experience in the Middle East region.
