Roles And Responsibilities
- Directly lead and manage key tenants and/or differentials brands that are key for the success of the Strategy of an asset.
- Lead, train, develop and monitor a team of SL Agents.
- Ensure SL Agents have the adequate leasing tools (ie sales pitch), allocation to assets and clear goals and direction.
- Support Senior SL Specialist on identifying new and unique prospects for the specialty leasing program and/or permanent leasing.
- Ensure that SL retailers and amenities enhance the appearance and values of each mall and meet Aldar’s visual requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Asset Management and Leasing to ascertain space availability, merchandise mix goals and incubation candidates.
- Monitor Lease and Renewal of any permanent kiosks within the common area to avoid undesired occupancy.
- Monitor closely, any new brand/activity that is coming to the UAE, through continuous knowledge of competitors or other malls.
- Implement a Shop window Policy minimizing vacancy feeling at the same time increasing the visibility of retailers.
- Oversee all specialty leasing retailers to ensure adherence to the property’s Operational Guidelines and Design Criteria. Ensure all license agreement documents are in place.
- Support in the development of portfolio Budgets & Forecasts.
Related Years Of Experience
Min of: 10+ years of related experience in Kiosk and Pop-up setups.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITIONMin of: 2+ years of managerial experience
